Renovations are within an existing warehouse, constructed in 1911, accompanied by a new exterior sculpture garden. In 2007, a new art gallery and sculpture garden was designed and constructed. Preservation of the existing structural elements and materials are visually expressed within the gallery’s renovations and sculpture garden. Artspace 111 is a working studio for local artist and serves as an exhibiting gallery for a broad selection of artist.
